I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is tucked away in a small alley, giving it a cozy and quiet feel. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the staff offered a warm, friendly service. The best part was the location, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem lake, perfect for exploring. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and while I enjoyed the amenities, they could use a little upgrade. Overall, it's a good value for the price.
